Calling the Helpdesk
During working hours (9.00am-5.00pm, Mon-Fri) an operator will answer your call and take the necessary details from you. The fault will then be passed to an engineer who will contact you directly.

If you are calling out of office hours, your call will be answered by our auto attendant. You will be given the option to report a fault or leave a general message. In all cases please leave a telephone number so that an engineer can call you back.

Emailing the Helpdesk
During working hours your email will be dealt with immediately and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. Should your email arrive out of office hours it will be dealt with as soon as the office re-opens.
